Shipping & Delivery
To facilitate our customers we use multiple means of shipping and delivery methods. For shipping on many of the smaller products we may use shipping services like U.S.P.S, UPS, FEDEX, DHL and more. For bigger and heavier items we may use freight services from various companies. In certain areas we offer delivery services that use our/third party delivery trucks and technicians to deliver, setup and in some situations train the customer on the use of the product.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and security hold the utmost importance in our daily operations. It is our policy that your personal information will not be sold or traded with third party entities for marketing purposes. Your payment information like Credit card information, will never be given out to third parties. Some of your basic information may be shared with our partner locations in order to fulfil your orders. Please read our privacy policy for more detailed information.
Returns & Replacements
All our new products have full manufacturer's warranty on them. Due to the nature of the medical/ healthcare industry and hygiene concerns we will not be able to process returns and refunds on most items once they have been delivered or once the item has been shipped out for delivery. Exception being ofcourse when the product is defective when received in which case we will do everything we can to get it replaced as soon as possible. In rare circumstances certain items that are accepted for returns will be subject to restocking fees determined by Volusia Medical Supply (the fees may vary with products). In such cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Volusia Medical at their expense. Please call us whenever you have any concerns at 1-866-956-2025.
Ordering
Customers are able to order most items online http://www.volusiamedicalsupply.com or by phone. Although you can order as a guest we strongly recommend registering when checking out. This will enable you to take advantage of many features of your account like checking status of your orders or reordering past items etc. You can place an order on the phone at 1-866-956-2025. If there is an error in the order that is placed please call us immediately so we can correct the order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, you may be responsible for any shipping/delivery charges plus any processing for changing the order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as forms of payment online. In addition to these, in the retail locations we accept debit, check and cash as forms of payment. Debit, checks and cash are not available as forms of payment online. Pricing and promotions are created and terminated solely at the discretion of VMS. They might differ online from what is available in stores. Some promotions and pricing are available online only. Updating Account Information

Keeping your information up to date enables us to contact you promptly in case the need arises (recalls, corrections, etc).
